Complaints / Return of purchased goods

Please note the following information about a complaint or returning correct handle, so that we are able to process the return as soon as possible and to meet the repair or warranty or condition:
1 Please send the goods always complete with accessories, so how did you get this from us. 
2 Make sure you have with a detailed description of the fault and a copy of the receipt of the return. 
3 Send the product as a package or letter to us (DHL, DPD, GLS, Hermes, German post office, etc.) 
Shipments without freight prepaid will not be accepted without exception by us!
